Return Policy

At MCC Woodland Florals LLC, customer satisfaction is our highest priority.  If your order arrives damaged, or encounter any other issues, please contact us at mccflorals@icloud.com within 7 days of the arrival date to arrange for a replacement or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to receive a refund to the original payment method. After 24 hours, cancellations will be eligible for in-store credit only if the order has not yet entered production.  Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours.

Refunds, Credit, and Exchange Policy

Requests for exchanges, refunds, or credits will not be accepted after 7 business days from the receipt of the product.  Exchanges, credits, and discounts will be issued for the specific price of any product damaged during delivery.  Refunds will be issued only under special circumstances at the sole discretion of MCC Woodland Florals LLC.  To request a refund, credit, or exchange, please contact us at mccflorals@icloud.com.

Non-Custom Items

We accept returns on non-custom pieces within 7 days of delivery.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, contact us at mccflorals@icloud.com. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Custom Items

We do not accept returns on custom pieces, as they are specially crafted to meet your unique preferences.  Each personalized product is created with meticulous attention to detail.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you via email.  If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

If your non-custom item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing images and details. We will promptly address the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning item(s).  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Section 4 - Squarespace

Our store is hosted on Squarespace, which provides us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases, and general application, secured behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you use a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Squarespace stores your credit card data. It is encrypted according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase, after which it is deleted.

All direct payment gateways comply with PCI-DSS standards, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a collaborative effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. These standards ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Section 5 - Security

We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to protect your personal information from inappropriate loss, misuse, access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

If you provide your credit card information, it is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional accepted industry standards.
